This is the post where we will put up all the links and last minute info on the event, so bookmark it and check back later.
Getting To Ignite
Check out Tomas’ excellent post about how to get to the Tempe Center for the Arts. If you’re going to try “going Green” and taking the bus/Light Rail, leave a comment to help find other people to travel with. For great information on getting around via Light Rail, check out the Rail Life blog.
Try to show up a little early! We may have a packed house, and seating is limited.
At Ignite
If you’re in the audience, here are some tips:
- DO support the speakers, cheer, clap, and get engaged in what they’re saying.
- DO share your thoughts during the talks via Twitter. Use “#ignitephx” as the tag.
- DO NOT talk and distract the presenters. This is tough enough as it is!
- DO take pictures. Either share them live, or post them to Flickr with the tag “ignitephx”
- DO talk with the presenters at the breaks and afterward to share your thoughts.
If you’re not able to make it and want to participate from elsewhere in the universe:
- Watch the live video stream: Ignite-Phoenix.org/LIVE
- Watch the real-time Twitter Feed. (This tracks all Ignite Phoenix hashtags).
Afterwards
We will be doing the after-Ignite networking at Macayo’s Depot Cantina, just a short walk from the TCA. We’ll be heading over around 8:45 or so, after the last presentation wraps up. Macayo’s are giving us half price appetizers and happy hour prices on drinks on the patio, so stick around for a while, visit with the presenters, and enjoy what looks to be a gorgeous night!
