Did you miss out on the high-speed adventure of Ignite Phoenix ticket sales this morning? Don’t be sad, we have a solution in place to help you find the tickets you need. In response to ticket exchange issues of the past, we have a formal process in place to connect people who need tickets with those who have some they are unable to use.

Brandon Franklin has graciously stepped up and volunteered to coordinate the ticket exchange process. Here’s the basics of how it’s going to work:

• If you have tickets you are unable to use, email Brandon and let him know how many you have. He will add these to our publicly viewable Google Docs spreadsheet.
• If you need tickets, check the spreadsheet to see what tickets are available. If you see tickets you’d like to claim, email Brandon and he will get you in touch with the ticket holder. You are then responsible for coordinating an exchange with the ticket holder.
