UPDATE: The Ignite Phoenix Developer 3 event for June 10, 2010 has been cancelled. The number of submissions received did not merit a full event at this time.
We thank the people who submitted and showed support! We hope to fire up Ignite Phoenix Developer 3 in the near future!
We are not taking submissions for an Ignite Phoenix Developer event at this time. Please watch our blog and other contact channels for announcements of the next Developer event.
Topics can be technical, organizational or any other focus that software developers care about. Just NO SALES PITCHES! Check the list of excellent presentations at the previous developer event for topic ideas.
We just need your name, a little about yourself, and 2 – 3 sentences about what you will be talking about and why it will be interesting for people to watch. What will you teach, show, share, or explain?
Make your pitch exciting! If you had 30 seconds to tell someone why they would want to hear your talk, what would you tell them? For more tips on making a great submission, check out this blog post.
You can submit multiple times, but only one talk will be chosen per presenter.
If you submit an idea, you agree that you:
- …are able to speak on this topic in 5 minutes, not a second more.
- …are 100% sure you are able to attend the Ignite Phoenix Developer session in Chandler on Thursday, June 24th.
- …can create a 20-slide presentation to support your talk.
- …allow your presentation and a video of your talk to be posted online.
- …will adhere to the Rules & Guidelines for Ignite Phoenix!
Submissions we receive are posted here as soon as we have a chance to review them. These are only submissions and are not guaranteed to make the final cut. If you would like to submit your own idea it’s 100% free and 99% painless!
